Park View, Llanharan
This project for RCT homes was completed in seven phases and included 54 dwellings. With a total value of £3.5 million, all seven phases have been delivered under the target budget.
The works consist of the refurbishment of timber framed dwellings and external works comprising:
Replacement of external walling, roofing alterations, renewal of kitchens & bathrooms, internal walls and ceilings. New electrical installations and heating adaptations along with new internal and external doors and windows.
The external works included new garden areas, steel and timber fencing, draining, concrete paths, drives and retaining walls.
