Two of our key staff members have recently completed an FMB project and successfully achieved an NVQ in BIT (Business Improvement Techniques).

This was the very first course of its kind to be held in Wales and has had great impact on Jistcourt’s strive for Continuous Improvement

We have recently completed a 5 year improvement programme at Park View

Adrian Thomas, Head of Asset Management at RCT Homes, said:

"The improvement programme on Park View, started five years ago by Rhondda Cynon Taf Council and completed by RCT Homes, has been a real opportunity to help regenerate a community. We have worked closely with the tenants on the street throughout the process and it has been a really positive programme with some great results.

The overall appearance of the area has been improved and the standard of work is of a very high standard. Now all the original tenants are back in their homes this marks the end of our programme at Park View. We are glad to hear the community is impressed - we are certainly proud of the work done by our teams and Jistcourt, our contractor."
