Based at the heart of Swansea's innovative SA1 area, this new build development of 80 apartments overlooking the maritime quarter has a total value of £8 million.
A timber framed structure with single ply membrane mono pitched roofs, Scandinavian composite aluminum / pine windows, walk on steel and glass balconies 4, 5 and 6 storey block of fully serviced apartments is already becoming an iconic structure within this exiting area.
There is also one to one car parking achieved by a secure underground car park. Heating and hot water is provided to each apartment from a central boiler. Combined with other energy products this development achieved the Eco Homes 'good' standard.
This was also the first development on SA1 to achieve 'Secured By Design' certification awarded by the local
police force.
