Llys Hafan, SA1, Swansea
Valued at £4.4 million this project of 54 apartments is located in the Maritime quarter of Swansea's SA1 Development. Comprising 3 blocks of four storey apartments complete with timber sliding sun screens, basement parking and landscaped communal areas.
This project was undertaken for Gwalia Housing Group to provide executive style accommodation at the heart of Swansea's new exclusive address'.
Heating and hot water is provided to each apartment from the central boiler plant and combined with other energy saving products, this development achieved the Eco Homes 'good' standard. Due to close liaison with the local police this development also achieved 'Secured By Design' certification.
