Llety, Llanelli
With a value of £1.4 million, This project was undertaken on the main thoroughfare through Llanelli. Consisting of a combination of 6 flats and 6 x three storey town houses, the resultant building includes environmentally friendly solar panels on the roof, office accommodation on the ground floor and attractive communal facilities.
The structural glass panels used in the stairwell and on the face of the building make an eye-catching, architectural statement in this rapidly developing town.
